Convenient & Flexible Support for Your Child
Compassionate Support for Teens and Their Parents
The teenage years are a time of immense growth, development and self-discovery, but they can also bring challenges - to both young people and their parents.
Navigating Adolescence: Support for Emotional Well-being
Navigating school pressures, friendships, family dynamics, or emotional struggles is a lot to manage. Add hormonal changes into the mix, and it’s no wonder so many young people feel overwhelmed and struggle to cope.
Helping Teens Build Resilience and Self-Understanding
I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where your child can explore and express their thoughts and feelings, helping them to understand themselves better and find healthy ways of coping with life’s challenges.

Professional & Experienced Support
Before qualifying as a counsellor, I spent over 15 years working with teenagers and young people.
As a former teacher and SEN teaching assistant, I gained first-hand insight into the pressures of the school environment—particularly for those who are sensitive or have additional needs such as ASD and ADHD.
As an NCPS Accredited Children & Young People’s Therapist, I provide professional, ethical, and compassionate support. For added peace of mind, I also hold a full DBS check.
Compassion & Understanding
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where your child can openly express their thoughts and feelings. Through gentle exploration, I can help them develop their emotional literacy, learn healthy ways of coping, and gain the confidence and tools they need express themselves.
Whether they’re struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, school stress or relationship issues, I offer tailored support to help them feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Supporting Parents and Guardians
As a parent or guardian, you want the best for your child. I understand how important it is for you to feel confident that they’re receiving the right support and that I have a good understanding of your child’s needs. I always value parent perspectives and work with you to help your child get the most out of their sessions.
While sessions are confidential, I encourage open communication whenever possible, ensuring you feel informed and included in the process.
